Store Manager

"Manages the entire store; focuses on overall sales, profitability, and standards."

-P&L Management: Drives total store sales, controls operational costs, and minimizes shrinkage.

-Store Standards: Ensures compliance with company policies regarding cleanliness, safety, and customer service.

-Team Leadership: Oversees, develops, and motivates all department managers and floor staff.

Department Manager (Grocery , Fresh Food , Cashier & Service)

"Manages a specific section;focuses on stock control and floor execution."
-Inventory & Display: Handles ordering, shelf replenishment, and FIFO rotation to prevent stockouts or overstocking.

-Quality Control: (Especially for Fresh Food) Monitors product freshness, cleanliness, and manages expired item write-offs.

-Team Supervision: Manages shift rosters and delegates daily tasks to department staff.
