Key Roles and Responsibilities:
· Plan, develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and sales growth.
· Able to analyze and identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape to inform product development and marketing strategies.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product development, CRM, communication, sales, and creative teams to define product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans. develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels.
· Develop and manage product launch plans, ensuring timely and successful introduction of new skincare products into the market and re-pushing product category.
· Create compelling product content, including product descriptions, marketing collateral, and digital assets, to effectively communicate product benefits and differentiate the brand in the market.
· Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, market trends, and customer feedback to assess campaign effectiveness and make data-driven recommendations for optimization.
· Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory requirements related to Fashion to ensure compliance and drive innovation.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including retail partners, buyers, to enhance brand visibility and partnerships.
Qualifications :
· Master / bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
· 5 Year in brand management, or Marketing Manager preferably in Fashion industry.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling product messaging and content. Both in Thai and English.
· Can-do attitude with strong energy of results oriented. Able to work under time constraints.
· Creative thinking and problem-solving skills to develop innovative marketing strategies.
· Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
· Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
· Good Communication in English skills
