Position Overview:
We are seeking a performance Media Specialist to support our Digital Performance and Customer Growth teams in driving key performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, CPM, and CTR.
This role requires hands-on experience in managing paid social campaigns (Meta and TikTok), strong analytical skills, and the ability to interpret upper-funnel data beyond platform metrics, translating insights into brand impact within an omni-channel environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute and optimize paid social campaigns with a focus on upper-funnel objectives while aligning with lower-funnel business goals.
• Support analysis of campaign performance within an omni-channel context, identifying insights related to online and offline sales impact.
• Assist in preparing campaign data and reports for offline sales impact evaluation.
• Manage and optimize CPAS campaigns to drive marketplace performance and revenue growth.
• Monitor daily campaign performance and implement optimizations to improve efficiency (CPM, CTR, ROAS, CPA, etc.).
• Support budget allocation and pacing across upper-funnel, mid-funnel, and CPAS campaigns to ensure smooth delivery and target achievement.
• Assist in tracking implementation and ensure accurate campaign measurement across platforms.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with key findings, actionable recommendations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Data Science, Economics, Media, or related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Digital Performance Marketing (experience with Meta or TikTok is required; experience with LINE and X is a plus).
• Strong understanding of upper-funnel metrics (CPM, Reach, Frequency) and their relationship to lower-funnel performance outcomes.
• Experience managing or supporting CPAS campaigns on marketplace platforms.
• Basic understanding of omni-channel marketing concepts and measurements.
• Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
• Experience in eCommerce and/or retail brands is an advantage.
• Good command of Thai and English (both written and spoken).
