Performance Media Executive – Google Ads

Position Overview

We’re looking for a data-driven Performance Media Executive – Google Ads to execute and optimize paid media campaigns across the Google campaigns. This role focuses on improving key metrics such as CPC, CTR, CvR, AOV, and CIR through hands-on campaign management and continuous optimization. You will work closely with the Senior Performance Marketing and Marketing Communications teams to ensure effective media execution, proper budget pacing, and consistent performance growth in a fast-paced environment.

People with Google Ads campaign management, analytical optimization, performance monitoring skills are needed, and experience in e-commerce or media agencies and A/B testing knowledge will be a big plus.

Key Responsibilities

·       Set up, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns including PMax, Demand Gen, UAC, SEM, and other assigned campaign types.

·       Conduct thorough quality checks on ads, targeting, tracking implementation, and budget allocation before campaign launches.

·       Create compelling text ads, ad copies, and extensions (e.g., sitelinks, promotional extensions, and other relevant assets) to enhance performance.

·       Monitor campaign performance daily and ensure proper budget pacing aligned with targets.

·       Analyze campaign data to identify insights, trends, and optimization opportunities across key metrics (CPC, CTR, CvR, AOV, CIR).

·       Take ownership of creative and ad-level optimization initiatives to improve overall campaign effectiveness.

·       Support and execute A/B testing initiatives including creative testing, landing page testing, and testing new ad formats.

·       Develop basic performance dashboards and reports to track campaign effectiveness.

·       Identify and recommend new growth opportunities and performance improvement strategies.

·       Collaborate closely with Senior Performance Marketing and Marketing Communications teams to achieve KPI targets.

Qualifications

·       Bachelor's degree in marketing, Economics, Business Administration, Communication, or related fields.

·       At least 1 year of experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

·       Experience in e-commerce or media agencies is a plus.

·       Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies is an advantage.

·       Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable improvements.

·       Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Looker Studio, or other reporting tools.

·       Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

·       Ability to manage multiple campaigns and timelines effectively.

·       Strong communication skills in both Thai and English.

·       Proactive, responsible, and willing to take ownership of projects.

·       Eager to learn and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
