Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination:
· Collaborate with fashion buyers and storewide marketing team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns for the fashion category.
· Assist in creating timelines, budgets, and communication plans for each campaign.
· Coordinate with internal teams (visual merchandising, public relations, events) to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Content Creation & Management:
· Assist with the development of engaging content for social media platforms, email marketing, and website promotions relevant to the fashion category.
· Source and manage high-quality visuals (photography, graphics) for marketing materials.
· Track and analyze campaign performance metrics and provide reports for continuous improvement.
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
· Conduct market research to stay updated on current and emerging fashion trends.
· Analyze customer data and buying habits to inform campaign strategies.
Communication & Collaboration:
· Maintain clear communication with buyers, marketing team members, and other departments to ensure seamless campaign execution.
· Prepare presentations and reports to effectively communicate campaign plans and results.
· Build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field (preferred).
· More than 5 years of experience in a marketing or fashion-related role.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
· Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks effectively, and meet deadlines.
· Strong organizational and time management skills.
· Team player with a positive and collaborative attitude.
· Strong understanding of fashion trends and the retail industry is a plus.
