Key Responsibilities
- Provide premium, personalized service aligned with luxury standards
- Create memorable in-store experience through hospitality and attention to detail
- Handle service recovery with professionalism and brand integrity
- Communicate brand heritage, values, and product stories effectively
- Achieve individual and store sales targets
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Understand customer needs and match with suitable products
- Support online/offline customer journey (Line / Call / Remote selling)

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with 0–3 years (Sales Associate) / 3–5 years (Senior) in fashion / luxury retail
- Experience in premium or luxury brands is preferred
- Professional appearance with a warm, friendly, and confident personality.
- Good speaking and listening skills; able to explain things clearly and politely.
- English communication is preferable
- Passionate about helping people and staying calm under pressure.
- Love for fashion and lifestyle trends; quick to learn about new brands and products.
- Honest, punctual, and enjoys working as part of a team.
