Job Summary
The Store General manager is responsible for directing and managing all areas of assigned store (under the company policy) to ensure that target sales and profits, and total customer satisfaction are achieved

Responsibilities

• Sales Management go to on target including planing ponder by profit and loss report (P&L).
• Control product quality standards for all sale area.
• Control Shrink (total loss and damage) under budget identify by company.
• Human management take to efficiency to work and take care subordinate.
• Decision making under pressure to solve problem success.
