Application Support Intern
What You'll Do :
- Learn and understand E2E E-commerce and Omni-channel domain.
- Track system alerts, resolve basic issues, and escalate unresolved incidents to higher levels.
- Incident prediction and prevention through proactive monitoring.
- Respond to and manage user queries through IT service management tools (Jira service management).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to co-ordinate fixes for incident management.
- Monitoring of system uptimes and anomalies in production environment using tools like Datadog, New relic
- Conduct studies to identify gaps in current incident response runbooks and develop enhanced versions with actionable steps and Root cause analysis.
- Provide clear and concise updates to end-users regarding issue resolution and system status.
Qualifications
- Computer Science, Engineering or Related Fields
- Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and ITSM tools
- Strong English communication
